Experience a cool culinary collab

Chef Kelvin Cheung is teaming up with Chef Himanshu Saini of Trèsind Studio for a one-night-only collaborative dinner at Jun’s. Chef Kelvin will showcase an eclectic mix of elevated dishes, while Chef Himanshu will venture beyond his usual repertoire of fine-dining Indian cuisine to prepare a more informal menu for the occasion. Menu highlights include Blossom Chaat with Pumpkin Mash and Chaat Seasoning, Root Vegetables Okoy with Cashew Cheese sauce and Kaluga Caviar, Shrimp Dumpling paired with Alleppey Curry and a Trio of Chutneys, Smoked Saffron Pineapple and Gorgonzola Cheesecake with Black Sesame Chikki. 16 October, from 7pm to 10pm. Celebrate 13 years of LPM

Winner of multiple FACT Dining Awards, LPM Restaurant & Bar is gearing up to commemorate its 13th anniversary in Dubai. Check out the new artist in residence at Q’s Bar and Lounge 

Palazzo Versace Dubai is bursting with fashionable restaurants and bars. Q’s Bar and Lounge has been created by the legendary musician Quincy Jones, and has a new artist in residence, Oumnia. The singer and songwriter hails from the Netherlands, and has written songs for Afrojack, Martin Garrix and Rita Ora. She performs soulful songs from Alicia Keys to Aretha Franklin from Wednesday to Sunday. Make a night of it and order food and drinks, from Beef Ribs to Cheeseburger Sliders and cocktails named after Jones’ greatest hits. It’s one of the best evenings out you can have across the seven emirates.

Dine with a MasterChef maestro

Wakame Restaurant will collaborate with Chef Dee Williams of MasterChef Australia fame for a four-day culinary extravaganza this week. The special menu celebrates a fusion of flavours and features Lamb Pan Rolls (AED 145), Jaffna Style Lamb Curry (AED 185), MasterChef Signature Crab Curry (AED 395) and Tropical Pana Cotta (AED 85). Dig into Amazónico’s new Tropicalia Weekend Parilla

Finish the weekend in style and head to the fine dining South American restaurant, Amazónico. The Tropicalia Weekend Parilla offers a marvellous menu with premium cuts of meat, grilled over charcoal.
