Perched around 850 metres above sea level, the retreat takes its name from its dramatic location above the clouds, with views stretching across Kalba’s mountain valleys and coastline below. Designed to blend into its surroundings, the crescent-shaped destination will cover approximately 4,700 square metres, combining architecture, nature, and panoramic viewpoints into one unique experience.
The retreat will feature a restaurant, an open-air cafe, and a reading area on the upper level, offering visitors the perfect setting to slow down and enjoy the views. On the lower level, visitors will find a multipurpose hall, theatre, prayer room, landscaped green areas, children’s play spaces, and viewing platforms overlooking Kalba’s coastline and surrounding valleys.
Beyond the buildings, the surrounding mountain landscape is also being transformed. Thousands of trees, including olive trees and fruit trees, are being planted across the area, creating a greener environment that blends naturally into the mountainside.
