Cipriani Lido will open at J1 Beach Dubai in 2027.
The opening coincides with Cipriani DIFC’s 10-year anniversary in Dubai.
The beach club will feature a restaurant, Bellini Bar, private beach, cabanas and sunbeds.
The first Cipriani Lido in the UAE will open in 2027, bringing the Italian hospitality icon’s signature style to Dubai’s coastline.
Cipriani is heading to the beach. The legendary Italian hospitality brand has announced the opening of Cipriani Lido at J1 Beach Dubai in 2027, marking the first Cipriani Lido in the UAE and a new coastal chapter for the group.
Created in collaboration with Fundamental Hospitality, the beachfront destination will bring Cipriani’s Venetian spirit to one of Dubai’s most talked-about seaside addresses. Lido, meaning “beach” in Italian, is a natural fit for J1 Beach, where restaurants, clubs and lifestyle venues sit along the Arabian Gulf.
The new beach club will feature a signature restaurant, bar, private dining rooms, scenic terrace, dedicated Bellini Bar and Lounge, and a Living Room inspired by Socialista. The space will be designed for dining, relaxing and socialising by the sea, with Cipriani cabanas, luxury sunbeds and a private beach setting overlooking the water.
Food will remain central to the experience. Guests will be able to enjoy Cipriani’s best-loved signatures and timeless favourites, served with the brand’s familiar focus on simplicity, quality ingredients and attentive hospitality. An artisanal cake and gelato display will also form part of the offering.

The announcement also arrives as Cipriani DIFC celebrates its 10-year anniversary in Dubai. Since opening in the city, the restaurant has become a favourite for its classic Italian dishes, timeless interiors and discreet service. Cipriani Lido will build on that legacy, evolving the brand from city dining into a full beach club experience.
Cipriani’s story began on 13 May 1931, when Giuseppe Cipriani opened Harry’s Bar in Venice near Piazza San Marco. What started as a 50-square-metre restaurant became a National Landmark, known for its atmosphere, service and famous guests, from artists and royalty to Hollywood stars. More than 90 years later, the family-run brand now spans restaurants, event spaces, residences, hotels and private clubs across the world, including Venice, New York, Miami, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Hong Kong, Monte Carlo, Ibiza, Riyadh and Las Vegas.
