Miss Lily’s turns up the volume with a menu co-created by Executive Chef Richie Richards and Brittney “Stikxz” Williams of Miss Lily’s New York. The cross-city collaboration blends NYC energy with Jamaican soul. Highlights include Jerk Octopus with roasted garlic hummus and gremolata, Tamarind Glazed Duck Breast with coconut pumpkin purée and scotch bonnet oil, Miss Lily’s Lobster Roll with lemon and lobster butter, and an Oxtail Flatbread. For dessert, the Ice Cream Cake pairs ginger sponge with avocado ice cream and candied ginger. A 12-strong cocktail list completes the refresh, from the Jerk Shack Margarita to Suncream.

Try the Manolo Blahnik Afternoon Tea
The Lana – Dorchester Collection debuts a limited-edition afternoon tea with Manolo Blahnik, inspired by the designer’s “Marie Antoinette” collection. Crafted by World Pastry Champion Chef Angelo Musa, the experience blends couture detail with refined pâtisserie: Alaskan king crab with tarragon–citrus aioli; slow-roasted Wagyu with mustard cream; truffle eggs with seasonal black truffle; smoked Scottish salmon with lemon–dill mascarpone and ossetra caviar; plus warm plain and raisin scones with Devon clotted cream and signature jams. Celebrate Tomatini Day at La Petite Maison Dubai
La Petite Maison Dubai, birthplace of the iconic Tomatini, leads the second annual global celebration of its signature serve. Created in 2010 by Jimmy Barrat, the Tomatini helped spark the savoury-cocktail movement. For one night only, the restaurant transforms in honour of its most famous creation, complete with a playful Tomatini installation at the entrance. In collaboration with Chef Danny Khezzar, LPM unveils a limited Tomatini Sorbet that captures the cocktail’s distinctive flavour profile. Expect Jimmy Barrat back behind the bar and a live DJ soundtrack. Available on Wednesday, 12 November from 5pm to 7pm.

Experience a six-hands dinner at Trèsind Studio
Trèsind Studio stages an exclusive six-hands collaboration with two of India’s most acclaimed restaurants, NAAR (Kasauli) and Farmlore (Bangalore). Held at St. Regis Gardens on Palm Jumeirah, Chef Himanshu Saini welcomes Chef Prateek Sadhu and Chef Johnson Ebenezer for a one-off tasting menu celebrating modern Indian cuisine. American rapper Travis Scott brings his record-shattering Circus Maximus World Tour to Abu Dhabi on Saturday, 15 November 2025.
