The family attraction has revealed the changes for its 30th season.

Global Village Dubai has confirmed its plans for the highly anticipated Season 30, outlining several new attractions and guest-friendly upgrades. One of the city’s most popular family destinations, the multicultural park will open on Wednesday, 15 October 2025 and run until Sunday, 10 May 2026.

Since opening in 1997, Global Village has grown into a citywide staple, welcoming a record 10.5 million visitors last season. With its culture-rich pavilions, numerous dining options, and daily entertainment, it remains a fun day out.

What is new for Season 30

A dedicated Season 30 passport will debut across the park, complete with stamping stations that let visitors collect memories as they journey through the pavilions. In a destination that celebrates cultures from around the world, the keepsake doubles as a fun tribute to Dubai’s diversity.

Navigation will be easier thanks to new wayfinding screens positioned throughout the 17.2 million square foot site. Families can also look forward to The Dragon Kingdom, an immersive quest made up of eleven individually themed rooms. Guests will venture through the mythical realm of Blackstone Hollow to find lost dragon Ignis, solving puzzles and uncovering clues to help him regain his powers.

Over at Carnaval, a new attraction called The Little Wonderers will open later in the season. Designed as an indoor adventure world for younger guests, it features obstacle courses, climbing structures, slides, ball pits, tunnels and playful challenges.

Major upgrades across the park

A brand-new Gardens of the World area will showcase exotic blooms and floral replicas of global landmarks. Located in front of the Egypt pavilion and extending to the Iran pavilion, it promises a striking backdrop for leisurely strolls and photo stops.

The main stage is being fully renovated with a larger capacity and improved sightlines, elevating the experience for concerts and live shows. Dragon Lake is also receiving a significant refresh. Its previous Guinness World Record-holding screen will be replaced with a new installation, said to be the largest underwater display in the world, introducing sharper visuals and new formats.

Food lovers will find even more to sample. Fiesta Street is expanding to support over 200 dining options across the village, featuring a range of casual street eats and refined bites. The much-loved Railway Market will relaunch as Dessert District, blending nostalgic charm with contemporary design. Indian Chaat Bazaar returns with a new theme and look.

Elsewhere, the Sharjah Tunnel will unveil a new theme and an upgraded gateway, featuring fresh arches at the entrances to Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Happiness Street receives a vibrant canopy, while Road of Asia is renamed Asia Boulevard to highlight its varied culinary offerings. New ticket counters and LED signage at the front gates round out the improvements.
