Jamavar Dubai marks Onam 2025 with a refined, multi-course sadhya, presented on a banana leaf. FACT Award-winner Dinner by Heston Blumenthal at Atlantis The Royal refreshes its line-up with ten dishes inspired by British culinary history. Highlights include Buttered Crab Loaf (c.1714) with king crab and sea urchin, Chicken and Macrows (c.1661) with cauliflower and shiitake, and Scallop and White Chocolate (c.2001) with caviar and tartare. Signatures such as Wagyu (c.1830), triple-cooked chips and the Tipsy Tea Cake (c.1858) remain. Diners can choose a three-course menu for AED 580 or four courses for AED 670.
