Tuck into the new tasting menu at La Mar
La Mar by Gastón Acurio unveils The Journey, a 14-course tasting by Chef de Cuisine Andrée Nuñez that traces Peru’s migration story through flavour and craft. Served to just six guests at the Cebiche Bar, highlights include Kumquat Tiradito and Short Rib with inverted chaufa rice. Italian-leaning touches arrive via an Oyster with vanilla and caviar, a Pistachio-Truffled Hokkaido Scallop and a playful Huatia Cannoli with pickled shallots, caviar and uni. A Spanish chapter pairs Bluefin Tuna with ají amarillo pilpil, ajo blanco and confit mashuas. Desserts range from the rainforest-inspired Amazonas with Cocona and Sachatomate to a modern Suspiro Lúcuma. Available on Thursdays and Fridays at 7pm. AED 795 per person.

Fresh from a breakout Pacha Ibiza residency, BLOND:ISH lands in Dubai with feel-good, genre-blending selections. The 360 Pool Party at the FACT award-winning AURA Skypool is back for its fourth edition.
