Dubai is no stranger to world-class wellness experiences. Each year, FACT celebrates the best in the business through the FACT Spa & Wellness Awards UAE. And now, the emirate’s wellness landscape is about to welcome a first-of-its-kind bathhouse, Sacra, promising a haven of relaxation.

Located on 17B Street in Jumeirah, Sacra is the city’s newest destination for indulgent self-care. Spanning three levels and catering to both men and women in thoughtfully separated spaces, this bathhouse and spa concept offers a full-circle experience blending heritage, innovation, and elevated design. Opening in March 2026, SACRA will be the region’s largest bath and wellness complex.

Sacra

Spanning 2,400 square metres, SACRA is built around the idea of contrast: heat and cold, ritual and recovery, stillness and renewal. The headline feature is its 50-square-metre banya chamber, billed as the largest of its kind in the Middle East. Powered by a 55-tonne gas heater, the space delivers traditional steam bathing using hot air, water, and herbal whisks crafted from fir, birch, and oak, a time-honoured approach that supports circulation, eases muscular tension, and promotes deep relaxation.

To keep the experience comfortable and considered, SACRA includes separate men’s and women’s bathhouse areas, alongside a full hydrothermal lineup. Expect a Turkish hammam, Finnish sauna, speciality steam rooms, jacuzzis, ice baths, cold plunge barrels, a cryotherapy chamber, a pressure chamber, a floating area, and a salt grotto created to support respiratory cleansing and skin health. There is also a menu of massages, spa rituals, and personalised bodywork delivered by specialist therapists, with long-term wellbeing at the heart of the concept.

For those who prefer total seclusion, three VIP Suites offer immersive private escapes: the Chalet Suite channels a luxury ski retreat, the Moroccan Suite leans into tranquil garden-inspired greens and blues, while the USSR Suite brings warm red wood, vintage accents, and a nostalgic mood.

When it is time to refuel, the SACRA Restaurant blends Mediterranean influences, premium steakhouse favourites, and comforting Eastern European dishes. From signature wellness plates to a dedicated caviar menu, the culinary offering lives up to the high standards set by the Bulldozer Group.

SACRA will also partner with SKIN 111, a wellness and longevity clinic located within the complex, offering advanced medically led treatments that complete the full-spectrum approach.
