At its core, Swell is a health club, but it moves away from the standard gym model. A large part of Swell’s appeal lies in its design. From the outset, it makes a strong impression, with muted walls framed by a bold red border that gives the entrance a distinctive look. Inside, the interiors soften into a more understated palette of beige and brown, elevated by white and blue marble details. Wooden floors, mosaic tiles, steel finishes and textured walls come together to create an open and spacious layout that feels polished without being clinical.
Swell offers a mix of classes designed to cater to both high-energy movement and slower, more restorative practices. Hot Pilates, barre and yoga all feature on the schedule, giving members a variety of ways to build strength, improve mobility and reset both physically and mentally.
