Blending luxury living, hotel-style hospitality, and movement-led wellbeing, this is Arada’s latest development.
Dubai has never done things by halves, especially when it comes to wellness. From luxury spa resorts and longevity clinics, the city has firmly positioned itself as a global destination for wellbeing. And now, a new concept is stepping into the spotlight called Inaura.
Launching in Downtown Dubai, Inaura is Arada’s latest hospitality and residential brand, and it’s built around kinetic wellness. It strikes a balance between the city’s buzz, yet is positioned with a protected Burj Khalifa view.
Designed by the renowned Dutch architecture firm MVRDV, Inaura is 200 metres tall and features 42 floors. The tower adds to the Dubai skyline with its central orb structure suspended within the building. This orb, like The Globe in Riyadh, houses a social and dining space offering 360-degree views across Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Business Bay. Inside, the design focuses on natural light, clean lines and functional luxury, with materials and layouts chosen to support long-term liveability so that you can truly call it home.

Spanning the ten lower floors is the Inaura Hotel. Designed for those who treat fitness and wellness as part of everyday life, the hotel blends contemporary rooms and suites with direct access to the tower’s shared facilities.
Above the hotel sits a collection of 114 branded residences, ranging from one- to four-bedroom apartments to ultra-exclusive sky homes. Highlights include a three-storey, six-bedroom Sky Penthouse, two duplex five-bedroom Sky Villas, and apartments designed for both comfort and performance.
Wellness is where Inaura shines. With a 3,000-square-meter multi-level Formative gym, it offers one of the most extensive fitness offerings in the city. Facilities include dedicated studios for yoga, boxing, Pilates, and dance.
Complementing the fitness is a holistic spa featuring cryotherapy, hydrotherapy and immersive sound and bath therapies, alongside a fully fledged medical clinic. The property also offers co-working spaces, meeting rooms, a cinema, a library and children’s play areas.
Food and social spaces are spread across the podium levels and the tower’s orb, which will also host a Sky Lounge.
By blending hospitality, residences and wellness into one experience, Inaura brings a fresh, movement-led perspective to Downtown Dubai. Details of when it will open are still under wraps, but this is one property to keep on your radar.
