People will be located at a prime spot in Khawaneej Walk.
Dubai’s dining scene is always evolving, with new restaurants, cafés, and homegrown hits popping up regularly. No matter how many open their doors, there’s always space for something that feels both fresh and familiar. That’s where People steps in.
People is a brand-new concept built around celebrating culture, tradition, and the connections we make over food. As the name suggests, it’s designed for gathering, sharing, and feeling right at home.
Opening on 15 August at Khawaneej Walk, People aims to strike the perfect balance between lively and laid-back. Inside, pastel-toned walls are dotted with artwork featuring people. While warm wooden table tops and pops of contrasting colours bring a mix of excitement and comfort. It’s the kind of space where every detail, from the lighting to the seating, invites you to stay a little longer.
The menu at People is just as considered, offering dishes that spark nostalgia while delivering new surprises. Signature items include the cheekily named Not a Michelin Cheeseburger, tender braised short ribs, and flavour-packed tiger shrimps. Every dish is crafted to encourage sharing, conversation, and that satisfying moment when everyone leans back with a smile.
Behind the concept is Emirati restaurateur Sultan Keyad, the force behind G.O.A.T Burgers, Lit Pizzeria, and Steak on Me. While GOAT Burgers expands into London, Sultan is also focused on making People the UAE’s next dining hotspot.
From the first bite to the last, People is a space filled with stories, laughter, and food that lingers in your memory. Whether you’re craving comfort, connection, or simply somewhere that feels made for you, this is where you need to be.
