Tiger Sky Tower in Dubai: Inside the world’s tallest residential building

The building will include an adventure park, rollercoaster and restaurant.

Dubai is filled with spectacular skyscrapers. Now, it is set to welcome Tiger Sky Tower, which will be the tallest residential building in the world. Created by the UAE’s Tiger Properties development, it will be located in Business Bay. 

Tiger Sky Tower is expected to cost $1 billion, and the completion date has yet to be confirmed. The building will break records with its height, reaching a whopping 532 metres and covering 122 floors. It is also home to the world’s tallest penthouse, which will stand 427 metres.

Tiger Sky Tower’s renders look spectacular. They show rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and views of Burj Khalifa. The shots even show a basketball court surrounded by gorgeous greenery and a lounge area with palm trees.

If you’re a thrill seeker, you’ll be excited to hear that it will be home to the world’s highest adventure park, infinity pool and restaurant. The facilities will include a cigar lounge, kids’ play area, gym, shops and spa. Plus, it will house the tallest rainforest in a residential building in the world.

Tiger Properties CEO, Eng. Waleed Mohammad AlZoubi explained: “We are moving in a new direction, trying to build something we have never done before. It’s tall, sustainable, and magnificent. This tower represents Tiger Group’s admiration for the city and the promises it stands for.”

Tiger Properties has a strong reputation in Dubai for its towers. In Dubai, it has more than 270 projects, which cover more than 2.78 million square metres.
