Nazcaa in Dubai

Now open, Nazcaa in Dubai showcases the best of Nikkei cuisine – that’s Peruvian ingredients fused with Japanese techniques. The menu draws its inspiration from the history of Japanese and Peruvian food, and merges the two cuisines to create a unique flavour.

The name of the restaurant comes from Peruvian Nazca culture, which dates back to 100 BC and 800 AD. The space has been designed by ZN Era, one of Dubai’s leading architectural offices. When you make your way up to the twelfth floor of Address Fountain Views, the décor has touches of the south coast of Peru, from framed animal artwork to geometric patterns covering the walls and floor. Plus, to add to the authenticity, the cutlery and plates have come all the way from Peru.

Plus, the drinks cover cocktails and wines, and an extensive list of sake.
