flydubai is the third airline to operate flights to Neom Bay Airport, which opened in 2019. The Dubai to Neom flights will begin on 16 March and will take place twice per week. Plus, in the future, Saudi Arabia is expected to launch a premium airline, which is currently called Ria and is expected to fly to Neom.

As Saudi Arabia continues on its path of economic growth and investment in developing its tourism sector, we look forward to offering passengers from the UAE and around our network the opportunity to explore more of the country.”

Upon completion, Neom will be the size of Belgium and sits north of the Red Sea coastline. The exciting developments also include Oxagan, Sindalah’s beaches and seas, The Line and Trojena’s mountainous slopes.

Oxagon aims to be the world’s largest floating industrial complex. Sindalah island will be a luxurious retreat and include 413 hotels, 51 shops and 38 restaurants. The Line aims to be a 170km-long residential complex with zero cars, zero streets, zero carbon emissions and the world’s longest skyscraper, Mirror Line.
