Last month brought with it news of not one, but three new restaurants helmed by celebrity chef Jason Atherton will open at Grosvenor House, A Luxury Collection Hotel. Bushra by Buddha-Bar: New Menu

Bushra by Buddha-Bar has introduced several new dishes to its menu in time for the peak season. Showcasing the art of mezza, diners can enjoy a mix of cold and hot dishes including, silky hummus Beiruti style, a variety of Turkish pide pie’s, chilli lahmacun and sustainable bluefin tuna ‘Nayee’. Main menu highlights include duck pastilla, wild sea bass, Moroccan lamb tagine spiced chicken tawook and Mishewee mixed grill. End the meal on a sweet note with as pistachio baklava served with yoghurt and honey ice cream and Middle Eastern tiramisu served alongside Turkish coffee, cardamon and orange blossom. The revamped seasonal menu is accompanied by eclectic entertainment.

Sloane’s: Seafood Buffet

A Friday full of seafood awaits at Sloane’s, with an international seafood-themed buffet inclusive of soft beverages priced at AED 360 per person. Served from 7pm to 11pm, this seafood extravaganza will kick off on 23 September. As for what you’ll dine on? The freshest seafood alongside a variety of live cooking stations whipping up the likes of lobster, clams, mussels, prawns and Alaskan King Crab.

Sloane’s: The Grosvenor House Brunch

Can’t get enough? Another seafood-themed affair awaits at Sloane’s, this time in the form of The Grosvenor House Brunch every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm. Debuting on 24 September, the brunch will be priced AED 395 per person for soft beverages, and AED 495 for house beverages. Children under 12, meanwhile, enjoy free entry with a paying adult. The young ones can indulge in everything they love – mac and cheese, sausage rolls and chicken nuggets included – while you pile your plate high from the international buffet.

Toro Toro: Dulce Maria Ladies’ Night

Monday nights are dedicated to the fairer sex, as the Dulce Maria ladies’ night returns on 19 September. From 7pm to 11pm, ladies can enjoy a three-course set menu (think: smoked guacamole, chicken anticuchos, and mango ceviche) including three complimentary beverages for AED 150 or AED 195 for the sparkling package for three hours. Additionally, ladies also receive three complimentary beverages on arrival. It’s all set to an eclectic soundtrack of South American tunes.

The happy hour at Toro Toro is here to stay, held nightly from 9pm to 11pm.
