Commemorate the coronation

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal will showcase a royal menu honouring King Charles III’s coronation. Curated by Chef Director, Deiniol Pritchard and renowned food historian Marc Meltonville, must-try dishes include the Coronation Chicken Tart (apricot, raisins, and smoked almond), Fillet of Beef Royale (wagyu beef coupled with smoked anchovy, and a sauce enriched with ox tongue) and Fflampayne (a tart traditionally garnished with triangles peeking out of the top to create an illusion of fire). Available daily, from 5 to 14 May, from 6pm to 11pm. AED 1,250.
