Live the Nobu life at Abu Dhabi’s new branded residences  

Nobu Residences is set to open at Mamsha Al Saadiyat in 2027.

Now you can eat, drink and live Nobu. The world-famous brand has a restaurant, beach club and hotel, and it will soon be opening a branded residence. Set to launch in Abu Dhabi in 2027, here’s what you need to know about the stylish address.

The Nobu Hospitality group is collaborating with Aldar to create Nobu Residences Abu Dhabi. Nobu’s residences will be located on Mamsha Al Saadiyat. The site will include 88 apartments, which include one, two– and three-bedroom modern apartments, two-bedroom lofts, penthouses and sky villas. 

The Nobe Residences have been designed by RSP Architects and Studio PCH, and ooze Nobu’s modern, minimalist aesthetic. The kitchens have been created with the help of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa himself, and the bathrooms reflect traditional Arabian and Japanese bathing rituals. Plus, it will boast beach views of the Arabian Gulf. 

Nobu Residences will sit on the new Nobu Hotel Abu Dhabi site, meaning residents will have access to the gym, wellness centre, yoga space and Zen Garden. The swimming pool overlooks the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and guests can even book Nobu chefs to cook in their homes.

The 50,000 square metre site will include the Nobu Hotel Abu Dhabi, residences and shops. The hotel will feature 125 keys across rooms and suites. It will also be home to the first Nobu restaurant and rooftop bar in the emirate.

As we embark on this remarkable journey, introducing these residences to Abu Dhabi, we are not merely constructing homes; we are crafting a lifestyle masterpiece, the Nobu way.”

The Nobu brand was created by chef Nobu Matsuhisa and actor Robert De Niro and opened its first restaurant in New York in 1994. Nobu Dubai arrived back in 2008, and there are Nobu restaurants as well as hotels across the world, from London to Riyadh.
