The dining and nightlife concepts for Dubai’s first licensed street have been revealed.


Dubai’s dining and nightlife scene is constantly evolving. And the cooler months mean new openings and more places to explore. In a groundbreaking move that redefines Dubai’s nightlife and dining scene, 25 Jump Street is set to be the city’s first licensed street. Located just behind 25hours Hotel One Central, this vibrant destination is expected to host events throughout the year, along with multiple creative concepts.

The concept of 25 Jump Street has been brought to life by 7 Management in partnership with Ennismore. Spanning 12 uniquely curated concepts, offering a diverse mix of dining and mixology experiences that cater to a variety of tastes and budgets. Here are all the concepts coming to this spot:

Previously located in DIFC, Antika is bringing its signature Oriental charm to 25 Jump Street. Inspired by the hidden theatres of 1950s Lebanon, the venue blends vintage glamour, drapes, and old-school décor for a dining experience steeped in history and theatrical flair. The menu fuses traditional Oriental cuisine with contemporary artistry and entertainment.

YUBI Handroll Bar, backed by the acclaimed chef Reif Othman, is the region’s first homegrown handroll bar.
