The UAE’s burger scene is about to get a major shake-up. After making waves in Paris and London with its unapologetically indulgent creations, Junk Smash Burgers is set to bring its viral smash burger concept to Dubai. The new outpost will open at 25 Jump Street, Dubai’s first licensed street, which is located beside the 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central.
Brought to the city by Icon Hospitality (the team behind the Instagrammable EL&N), Junk Smash Burgers Dubai is on a mission to redefine how Dubai does burgers. Forget over-complicated menus and gimmicks, this is all about simple, no-nonsense quality. Think soft, buttery French brioche buns, top-tier French beef like Charolais and Limousin, and a perfectly smashed patty laced with melted cheese and their signature homemade sauce.
One of the brand’s boldest statements? “Burgers in the region will never taste the same again.” And judging by the hype across Europe, they just might be right.
Junk Smash Burgers is also big on options. Sizes range from small all the way to extra-extra-large, with up to five juicy patties stacked high. Each burger is served with a generous helping of crispy fries for the full fast-food fantasy. And if you’re craving more, the Panko Chicken Bites are crispy, golden, and loaded with flavour.
25 Jump Street is already home to Antika and will soon welcome Yubi, a new hand roll bar by acclaimed Chef Reif Othman. While the exact opening date of Junk Smash Burgers in Dubai hasn’t been shared just yet, we do know it’s happening soon, and we’re already salivating.
