Everything we know about Dubai’s East Park dining destination 

Eight new restaurants are making their way to Trade Centre.

New restaurants come and come in Dubai, whether it’s waterfront dining at Palm West Beach, homegrown favourites at Dubai Hills Business Park or a back-to-nature approach to eating at Keturah Reserve. 

While we recently compiled a list of 50 restaurants making their way to Dubai this year, we stumbled upon East Park. This new dining enclave is slowly taking shape in the Trade Centre neighbourhood beside 25hours Hotel One Central. Here are all of the confirmed concepts and everything we know about them.

Cyrano

This popular eatery from Lebanon will transport diners from the vibrant streets of Gemmayze in Beirut to the heart of Dubai World Trade Centre. With its irresistible charm, this restaurant offers an ambience that transitions effortlessly from a relaxed brunch haven to a sophisticated cocktail oasis after dark. Immerse yourself in a world where comfort meets elegance, rustic meets chic, and the menu is a true testament to culinary excellence.

Harry’s Bar

Harry’s Bar arrives from the street of Paris to the streets of Dubai. This Parisian institution is known for its beguiling mixology menu featuring over 400 concocted creations. Popular choices include the Sweet Lullaby (rum, strawberry and peach liqueur), James Bond (Champagne, vodka, lemon and Angostura bitters) and the Stinger (cognac and mint cream). Having opened in 1911, Harry’s Bar is believed to have created classic cocktails such as the Bloody Mary, Blue Lagoon and SideCar. We hope the piano bar element of the flagship is transported to Dubai so that we can enjoy mixology and melodies.

IT Restaurant

Prepare to indulge in a dining experience like no other as IT Restaurant makes its debut in Dubai. IT Restaurant is renowned for its effortlessly stylish interiors, soul-stirring music, and Mediterranean gastronomy. With a proven track record in party hotspots around the world, such as Ibiza, London, Mykonos and Tulum, IT Restaurant has become synonymous with creating an atmosphere that effortlessly merges glamour, energy, and sophistication. La Môme

Get ready to experience a slice of Cannes glamour as La Môme prepares to debut in Dubai. With roots tracing back to the French Riviera, this upscale establishment promises a fusion of Art Deco elegance, culinary excellence from Chef Julian Cazalas, and a pulsating ambience that will effortlessly transform your dinner into a night on the tiles. Foodies and party-goers take note – La Môme is an essential destination to satisfy your cravings for both captivating cuisine and vibrant nightlife.

Mr Porter

Sink your teeth into a thrilling dining experience as Mr Porter, the renowned steakhouse from Amsterdam and Barcelona, is opening in Dubai. This culinary sensation blends the elegance of a modern steakhouse with the vibrant energy of a trendy lounge, creating an atmosphere where music, mixology, and a carnivorous menu take centre stage. Mr Porter is not your ordinary steakhouse. From the restaurant’s sleek design and contemporary decor to the menu of perfectly cooked steaks, Mr Porter sets the stage for an unforgettable evening.

Que Chido

So far, little is known about Que Chido. Translating as “how cool” in Spanish, we expect this Mexican eatery in East Park to feature colourful interiors, tasty tacos, and fully-loaded burritos washed down with eclectic beverages. You can count us in if there’s ceviche, horchata and Margaritas.

Shōkū

Prepare yourself for an extraordinary culinary journey as Chef Nic Watt, the visionary co-founder of ROKA, unveils his latest masterpiece. Shōkū, the highly anticipated Japanese restaurant, is poised to redefine the essence of Japanese cuisine, embodying its traditions, flavours, and artistry. With a focus on the freshest ingredients and masterful techniques, from exquisitely crafted sushi and sashimi to perfectly executed robata-grilled delicacies, every bite is a testament to Chef Nic’s dedication to creating an unforgettable Japanese dining experience.

Tavolina

This charming eatery from Beirut brings a slice of Italian hospitality to East Park. Step inside this inviting trattoria and be transported to the idyllic streets of Italy, where traditional Italian dishes are prepared with meticulous care. The Tavolina menu is a love letter to the culinary traditions of Italy and is expected to include handcrafted pasta dishes to wood-fired pizzas.
