FACT First Look: CARO Steakhouse is coming to Fairmont Dubai

OY Hospitality opens the new restaurant in December. 

When only meat will do, put CARO Steakhouse on your restaurant radar. The new concept opens in Fairmont Dubai in December, and will be a superb spot for meat lovers. FACT got a First Look inside and can confirm that it looks set to be a sophisticated space. 

CARO in Dubai takes over the space formally occupied by The Exchange Grill and boasts a contemporary décor with high ceilings, indoor trees and neutral tones. The colour scheme ranges from white ceilings and walls to dark seats and wooden floors. Guests can pick from square tables for two to round tables that are big enough for six, which have seats spanning soft chairs to long banquettes. Plus, there is a countertop with high stools and a statement bar, which is decorated artfully with drinks and glasses. 

CARO in Dubai prides itself on offering a refined dining experience. The space aims to be a social hub for meetings, gatherings and social soirées. The menu showcases premium steaks sourced from across the world. The team aim to satisfy your meat cravings, and options range from American USDA Prime to Japanese Wagyu. Plus, the whole cooking process includes meat ageing and a Josper oven, which preserves the natural juices and creates a smoky flavour.
