London’s burger sensation, Patty&Bun is coming to Dubai

A burger phenomenon that has taken London by storm is about to arrive on our shores. Get ready for the opening of the first Patty&Bun in Dubai very soon.

For the uninitiated, Patty&Bun isn’t just a burger joint. Born in 2012 on London’s James Street, Patty&Bun wasn’t just another burger joint. It was the brainchild of passionate individuals who believed in quality, simplicity, and an unwavering dedication to the humble burger.

Patty&Bun’s journey began with a passion for creating the perfect burger, focusing on the fundamentals – the patty and the bun. Sourcing the finest ingredients, from grass-fed beef to fluffy brioche buns, and a dedication to providing a top-notch dining experience make Patty&Bun stand out in the world of burgers. The brand’s popularity saw stores open across London, Brighton and soon, Dubai. 

Patty&Bun is known for its mouthwatering burger lineup, from the classic Ari Gold Cheeseburger (beef patty, cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickled onions, ketchup, smokey P&B mayo and brioche) to the Smokey Robinson (beef patty, cheese, tomato, lettuce, caramelised onions, bacon, ketchup, smokey P&B mayo and brioche) and The Don (Aged beef patty, pancetta, beef butter, American cheese, onions and mayo). But it’s not just about beef – the Hot Chic Chicken Burger (marinated buttermilk fried chicken, coleslaw, pickled cucumbers, lettuce, smoked garlic aioli and brioche) and the unique Lambshank Redemption Burger (lamb patty with coriander and chilli, lettuce, buttermilk baby courgettes, pickled aubergine, cumin aioli, feta and brioche) add an extra layer of excitement.

Inclusivity is the name of the game at Patty&Bun, so vegans can rejoice, too. The Ari Gold Cheeseburger, Smokey Robinson, and Hot Chic Chicken Burger all have plant-based versions that promise to be just as delicious as their meaty counterparts. There is also the Portobello ‘Dig It’ Mushroom Burger.

Embarking on its international journey, Patty&Bun is poised to launch two cloud kitchen sites in Hessa Street and Mirdif. Through Deliveroo, the renowned brand will extend its reach to customers across the city, introducing them to its burgers and milkshakes for the first time outside the UK. The excitement continues with the imminent arrival of a food truck at BoxPark in the coming quarter, paving the way for a flagship brick-and-mortar location within the year. While the location of the physical store remains under wraps, expect long queues of food enthusiasts waiting to sink their teeth into these juicy burgers.
