The restaurant will occupy a prime spot in the city.
Dubai is known for its ever-evolving dining scene. Just when it feels like the city has seen it all, something fresh and exciting arrives. The latest name to know is Mamabella, a soon-to-open restaurant promising to transport diners straight to the sun-drenched shores of Sardinia.
Set within Kempinski The Boulevard, Mamabella is the newest venture from Gastronaut, the group behind the futuristic dining concept Woohoo and Zenon, which sit right next door. But while Woohoo leans into tech, and Zenon revolves around AI dining, Mamabella takes a very different approach, grounding itself in simplicity, nature, and the comforting flavours of coastal Italy.
More than just another Italian restaurant, Mamabella draws inspiration from the laid-back charm of Sardinian villages, offering a Mediterranean escape amid the buzz of Downtown Dubai. The interiors are designed with understated elegance, placing the focus firmly on food and fostering a warm, welcoming ambience.
Although the full menu remains under wraps, diners can expect a celebration of Sardinia’s culinary identity. Handmade pastas, fresh seafood, and ingredients infused with wild herbs are just the beginning. Think dishes that highlight tradition while embracing Dubai’s appetite for rustic refinement.
Mamabella’s arrival adds another dimension to Kempinski The Boulevard’s growing culinary lineup, joining La Brasserie Sur Le Boulevard, The Lobby Lounge. With Mamabella and Woohoo on the horizon, this hotel is fast becoming a food-focused hotspot in the heart of the city.
An official opening date is yet to be announced, but the anticipation is building.
