St. Regis Gardens: A new dining destination is coming to Palm Jumeirah

Located on St. Regis Dubai, The Palm‘s rooftop, the restaurant will be a sophisticated spot.

There are many reasons to visit The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, from the top restaurants Cordelia to Rüya Dubai. Now, there’s a new dining hub heading to the five-star hotel. St. Regis Gardens is an extension of the hotel, and it will be located on the rooftop of St. Regis Dubai, The Palm.

So far, we know that the St. Regis Gardens is pitching itself as a world-class dining destination. The current images show a sophisticated exterior, complete with the brand logo, discreet entrance and, as the name suggests, glorious greenery. Plus, we are expecting it to boast brilliant views of the Palm Jumeirah.

The St Regis Dubai, The Palm is located in the Palm Tower. The tower is also home to FACT Dining Awards Dubai nominees Aura Skypool and Lounge with the world’s tallest 360° infinity pool and the Japanese-Peruvian restaurant SUSHISAMBA Dubai. Plus, the fine dining restaurant CouCou.

The French restaurant, Chez Wam, recently announced that it would be opening in St. Regis Gardens. Chef Hadrien Villedieu will be at the helm of Chez Wam. He has previously worked with restaurant greats including Alain Passard, Jean Pierre Vigato and Joël Robuchon. The menu will celebrate French cuisine, and pay tribute to the chef’s roots as well as his travels.

St. Regis Gardens is also home to Trèsind Studio and Soho Garden. Plus, upcoming openings include Aretha, Leña and Signor Sassi. Gatsby is a cabaret meets cocktail bar, which first opened in Barcelona. Leña has been created by Dania García, and it will serve Spanish cuisine. Signor Sassi first opened in London’s Knighstbridge, and can also be found in Doha and Riyadh.
