The celebrated Las Vegas supper club is set to arrive at Wynn Al Marjan Island in Spring 2027.
Wynn Al Marjan Island has confirmed a second headline act from its forthcoming collection of 22 restaurants and lounges. Delilah, the popular supper club at Wynn Las Vegas, will make its Middle East debut on the resort’s first floor across approximately 2,060 square metres. Designed by Wynn Design and Development, the venue channels the spirit of supper clubs from the 1950s, drawing inspiration from El Morocco in New York, Maxim’s in Paris, and Les Caves Du Roy in Beirut.
Much like its counterpart in Las Vegas, Delilah at Wynn Al Marjan Island builds on the brand with a sweeping central staircase that sets the tone for the night. The main room frames a large stage for live performances, while adjoining spaces evoke Bedouin tents with low seating and generous cushions. In Las Vegas, the photography pays tribute to the city’s storied past. At Wynn Al Marjan Island, the visual narrative shifts to the golden era of Beirut, with curated images that celebrate its iconic style and social scene.

Guests will move through a sequence of intimate spaces designed for conversation, cocktails, and performance. Drinks by a cosy fireplace set the tone for evenings that flow into dinner and live entertainment. Rooms are designed for both romance and revelry, featuring tables for two and spacious banquettes for larger parties. Nightly music and exclusive performances complete the atmosphere, creating a sense of occasion that feels cinematic yet welcoming.
Delilah’s menu leans into comfort and craft. Signatures from the Las Vegas original return, including Beef Wellington and the crowd-pleasing Chicken Tenders and Carrot Soufflé, while new dishes will highlight the best regional ingredients. A robust cocktail and wine program has been developed to complement the kitchen, offering classic pairings and speciality creations with a touch of movie-star allure.
Delilah arrives through Wynn Resorts’ ongoing partnership with The h.wood Group, the Los Angeles-based hospitality and lifestyle company that also brought the FACT award-winning The Nice Guy to Dubai. “Wynn has been an invaluable partner to The h.wood Group, and we’re thrilled to introduce Delilah to the Middle East for the very first time,” said Brian Toll and John Terzian, Co-Founders of The h.wood Group. “Delilah is a truly special concept that offers guests a one-of-a-kind experience and an unmatched standard of luxury dining—one we are confident Wynn will help us bring to life once again as it expands to Al Marjan Island.”
Together with the new Alain Ducasse Steakhouse, Delilah sets the tone for a resort where dining and design are tightly choreographed.
