At the heart of Ming Dynasty in Dubai Mall is its Chinese restaurant. For those who want to extend the evening, the venue also features a karaoke room, lounge and LED screens animated with dragons.
Ming Dynasty takes pride in its international buffet, which brings together flavours from around the world and offers an interactive dining experience. Guests can enjoy live cooking stations where chefs showcase their skills, a teppanyaki counter with a Japanese-style iron griddle, a sushi and sashimi bar, and an Asian soup corner.
The menu features a range of options, from the signature Peking Duck to a variety of soups. The duck is served with crispy skin and tender meat, presented on traditional pancakes with hoisin sauce. Desserts include cakes, egg tarts, fruit platters, and mochi. For a hands-on experience, try the hot pot – select your broth and ingredients, and cook your meal at your table.
The karaoke room accommodates up to 20 guests and is equipped with a state-of-the-art sound system, a soundproofed interior, an LED screen, and a dedicated bartender.
The buffet at Ming Dynasty Dubai is priced from AED 299 for adults, AED 129 for children, and is free for children aged four and under.
