Anantara Sharjah Resort will be entering the Emirate 

The hotel will be home to five restaurants and an infinity pool. 

Sharjah, we have some exciting news. Minor Hotels has announced that it is bringing a new resort and residences to Sharjah. Anantara Sharjah Resort and Anantara Sharjah Residences are set to open in late 2027, and here’s what to expect. 

Anantara Sharjah Resort will be a 30-minute drive from Dubai International Airport. Located on the north-eastern edge of Sharjah’s Al Heerah Beach, it will be home to 110 rooms, suites and penthouse suites. Guests will be able to make the most of the beautiful beach, infinity pool and state-of-the-art gym. The hotel will be home to five restaurants including a café lounge, poolside eatery, al fresco venue and the fine dining Pan Asian restaurant, Mekong. Plus, Anantara Sharjah Residences will include 128 one- to four-bedroom units, and the four-bedroom penthouses will come with rooftop pools and balconies.

The announcement comes hot on the heels of two new openings from the Anantara brand in the UAE. Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort offers a Maldives-like experience amidst the mangroves of the northern emirates, while Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi Retreat has been crafted to reflect the buildings of its namesake island, complete with spacious interiors, sun-drenched terraces, and uninterrupted sea views.
