Capella Hotels and Resorts will bring the brand’s luxury experience to a new waterfront hotel at Dubai Peninsula.
Dubai’s luxury hotel scene continues to expand, with world-renowned hospitality brands regularly introducing new resorts and hotels to the city. The latest addition to this luxury hospitality landscape is Capella Hotels and Resorts, which is set to open its first property in Dubai.
The new Capella Dubai hotel will be located on the Dubai Peninsula along the Dubai Water Canal. Offering views of the Arabian Gulf, the luxury hotel will provide guests with convenient access to some of Dubai’s most popular districts, including Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and DIFC.
Developed by H&H Development, Dubai Peninsula is an ultra-luxury waterfront destination that will also feature internationally recognised luxury hospitality brands, including Aman and Rosewood. The development will also include high-end residences, designer boutiques, waterfront restaurants, landscaped promenades, and a private marina.
The upcoming Capella Hotel Dubai will feature 106 keys, bringing the brand’s signature approach of personalised, intimate luxury hospitality to the UAE. While detailed design plans have not yet been revealed, the hotel is expected to reflect Capella’s philosophy of blending architecture, local culture, and thoughtful design. Unlike traditional luxury hotels that focus solely on grandeur, Capella properties are designed to create a deeper connection between guests and their surroundings.

This includes wellness-focused offerings, cultural activities, and tailored itineraries created around each guest’s interests.
