7 Management partners with Park Hyatt Dubai for the highly anticipated relaunch of one of the city’s most iconic nightlife destinations.

Anyone looking for a guaranteed good time will be extra excited to hear that the iconic, crowd-pleasing Seven Sisters Dubai is back on the radar, with a completely new location.

Conceptualised and managed by 7 Management, Seven Sisters Dubai will be opening at Park Hyatt Dubai in Q4 of 2025. While staying true to the brand’s original DNA featuring lively ambience, eclectic music, and a fashionable crowd, the concept is being reimagined with a more elevated and design-forward approach, all set against a panoramic backdrop of Dubai Creek and the city skyline.

The venue’s renders feature “living” décor of greenery and foliage, accompanied by natural wooden tones.  Along with hanging extravagant lighting, accents of bold gold are evident throughout – from the beautiful outdoor bar to the black-and-white stone floors.

Merging the flavours, spirit and ingredients of Mediterranean and Asian cuisines (or MediterrAsian as they like to call it), diners rave about Seven Sisters Dubai’s vibrant dishes of Lamb Chops Red Miso, Truffle Ravioli and Umami Baby Chicken. Have your chopsticks at the ready with the menu’s ultimate sushi hit list featuring Dragon Maki, Salmon Avocado, Spicy Tuna and a raw bar platter.

The beverage program takes you on a tour around the world with creations inspired by Lebanon, Greece and Mexico along with some of Seven Sisters Dubai’s signature drinks, such as the Sand (Pineapple & Jalapeno Infused Casamigos Blanco, Citrus Zest Cordial and Sake) and Sky (Dragon Fruit infused Tanqueray, Yuzu Liqueur, Coconut & Lemongrass Syrup and Almond Foam).

Seven Sisters Dubai

“Seven Sisters has always been close to our hearts, as it was the very first brand we launched in Dubai, marking the beginning of our expansion in the region. So, bringing it back in such a beautiful and evolving part of the city feels just right,” said Rabih Fakhreddine, Founder and Group CEO of 7 Management. “Dubai Creek Resort is fast becoming one of the city’s prime lifestyle hubs, and Park Hyatt is the perfect partner to help us take this concept to the next level.”

Seven Management is not only behind Seven Sisters; the company’s portfolio includes a range of restaurants that have been both critical and commercial successes. The concepts include Antika, Em Sherif, February 30, Limonata, and the soon-to-open Yubi Handroll Bar, a collaboration with acclaimed Chef Reif Othman.
