British swimmer Tom Dean is behind the development.


The United Arab Emirates is home to dazzling developments, from homes on manmade islands to branded residences. Now, Dubai is set to welcome the world’s first Olympic branded residences. Scheduled to be completed by 2027, it has been launched in partnership with the Olympic gold medallist swimmer, Tom Dean.  

The world’s first Olympic residences will be located in Dubai Sports City, and it is being created by LEOS Developments. This marks the first-ever branded residence created with an Olympic champion. The site known as Hadley Heights 2 draws inspiration from a sportsperson’s lifestyle and will focus on health and wellbeing.

Tom hails from London, England, and took up swimming as a child. He has represented Great Britain in the European Junior Championships and the European Championships. He has won three gold medals. He won a gold medal in the 200-metre freestyle, 4 x 200-metre freestyle relay, and relay event. Plus, he has also been appointed a Member of the Order of the British Empire for his services to swimming.
