Massimo Bottura’s Torno Subito has introduced its Classic Menu in celebration of retaining its MICHELIN star. This specially curated set menu invites diners on a gastronomic journey of seven signature dishes accompanied by a beverage pairing. Indulge in Seppia e Piselli (cuttlefish tagliatelle salad), Duo di Fassona (fassona beef roll with dijon mustard), Verso Est (poached cod with sautéed spinach, beetroot, and lemon reduction), Tagliatella Al Ragu (egg pasta with hand-chopped ragu), and Agnello (an Italian twist on roasted lamb rack). City Centre Mirdif has introduced Coffee District, an innovative pop-up that showcases a new local brand every three to four months. The initial partnership showcases RAIN, a trendy Abu Dhabi café known for its artisan coffee. Whether customers crave affogato, Americanos, espressos, flat whites, Spanish lattes or more creative interpretations, Coffee District is the destination to savour single-origin beans and blends sourced from diverse regions such as Brazil, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Guatemala and Panama.
