Nobu Dubai has recently relocated to the crown of Atlantis, The Palm and now offers an express lunch of Nobu classics. Begin with one of six Nobu starters, including the crispy squid coriander shiso aioli, salmon new style, spinach dry miso, crispy shiitake salad, white fish dry miso or avocado crispy rice. For the main event, there are seven dishes to choose from including baby umami chicken, grilled salmon anticucho, eggplant miso, cauliflower jalapeno, or duck breast orange miso. To end the lunch on a sweet note, diners can enjoy the Nobu cheesecake, seasonal exotic fruit or mochi ice cream for an additional AED 35. Available on Fridays and Sundays, from 12:30pm to 3:30pm.
