    Chef Reif Othman is bringing his intimate omakase format to SIO Ramen House at Culinara, One Za’abeel. Following the success of KO.NA Pizza House’s first omakase night, the next edition shifts the focus to ramen, with a six-course tasting menu that celebrates the craft and precision of Japanese cooking. Named after the Japanese word for salt, SIO Ramen House will host a chef-led experience where each dish is revealed and explained as the evening unfolds. Highlights include the Berry Coconut Breeze Matcha with strawberry and toasted coconut, the Blue Tropical Cooler with blue matcha and vanilla, and the floral Pink Blush Cooler finished with edible flowers.
