The four-course collaboration will see Chef Kyung Soo Moon welcome Chef Dan Birk of City Social and Chef Robin Höfer of Kraken. Priced at AED 222 per person, the intimate experience celebrates craft, creativity and connection through three distinct culinary perspectives. HANU’s contemporary Korean approach will be joined by Birk’s MICHELIN-starred pedigree and Kraken’s seafood-led flair, creating a one-off menu that reflects Dubai’s ever-evolving dining scene.
