The superb swimming pool is one of the most exclusive experiences in Dubai.
Dubai is filled with blockbuster views, from the Burj Khalifa to The View at The Palm. The latest comes courtesy of Tapasake, atop the link at One&Only One Za’abeel. Standing 100 metres high and 120 metres long, the UAE’s longest suspended infinity pool is getting a fresh new look this summer.
Kerzner International and Sunset Hospitality Group are teaming up to take the Tapasake brand global. The joint venture will see the celebrated Japanese-Peruvian concept evolve into a standalone lifestyle brand, expanding well beyond its roots in the One&Only portfolio.

As part of this refreshed vision, Tapasake Dubai will temporarily close in June 2025 for a complete transformation. Slated to reopen in Q4 2025, the venue will unveil a new culinary direction, immersive interiors, and a sharper brand identity.
Tapasake sits atop The Link, a futuristic boulevard that defies gravity as the world’s longest cantilever, which is placed between One Za’abeel’s two towers. The venue spans indoors and outdoors, but it’s the outdoor spot with its never-ending pool and 360-degree view. On one side is the Burj Khalifa and Downtown Dubai, and on the other side is Zabeel Park.
Antonio Gonzalez, Chairman and Group CEO of SHG, stated, “Partnering with Kerzner to take Tapasake global aligns with our vision of delivering unique lifestyle hospitality experiences to international markets. This collaboration celebrates Tapasake’s origins while unlocking new creative and commercial opportunities for growth, opening an exciting new chapter in the brand’s evolution.”
First launched at One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives, Tapasake has earned a fantastic following for its fusion of fine dining and dynamic entertainment. The concept, dubbed “Eatertainment,” blends precision-led Japanese cuisine with the energetic flair of a night out. Already present in Dubai, Montenegro, Mauritius, and the Maldives, plans for international growth are already in motion.

The luxury One&Only One Za’abeel hotel is home to superb restaurants from world-renowned chefs, including Anne Sophie-Pic and Dabiz Muñoz. Guests can also luxuriate at the FACT award-winning Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie. Spread over three floors within the vertical resort, the Hub comprises 29 treatment rooms for wellbeing and clinical therapies, a Movement Studio and a Longevity Bar.
Sunset Hospitality Group is behind the FACT Award-winning Mott 32, Signor Sassi and SUSHISAMBA. Later this year, they will launch Kapitol, a new destination that will mix dining with entertainment in Rixos Premium Dubai this September.
