Asador De Aranda brings a flavourful fiesta to Riyadh

The Spanish restaurant is already a hit in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

People of Riyadh, you’re in for a treat because Asador De Aranda is now open in the capital. After wowing diners in Abu Dhabi, Doha and Dubai, the superb Spanish restaurant can now be found in the capital’s Laysen Valley.

The restaurant is famous for its Spanish dishes, which include Patatas Bravasand Caldoso, El Cuarto de Asado roasted lamb, and Las Chuletillas grilled lamb chops. Marvellous for meat eaters, the dishes are slow-cooked in a clay oven, making the meat juicy, flavourful and tender.

Vegetable starters include a refreshing Gazpacho, delicious Beetroot Salad and Patatas Bravasand Caldoso. You won’t want to leave without satisfying your sweet tooth with Asador De Aranda’s desserts. From the puff pastry with custard and chantilly cream, El Hojaldre de la casa, to the caramelised mellow brioche, Torrijas, each dessert promises a perfect ending to your dining experience.

Located near the Diplomatic Quarter, Laysen Valley has been created in line with Saudi Vision 2030. The site boasts local as well as international concepts, which put the Kingdom on the map. The design is inspired by Najd spirit and Salmani architecture – aka design principles outlined by King Salman. Whether you’re drawn to the smell of freshly baked bread, cool cafés or fine dining restaurants, there’s something for everyone. The venues include Bagatelle Riyadh, the Italian hotspot Santini and the popular sushi restaurant Sumosan.

It’s time to say hola to Asador De Aeanda.
