Dubai is home to restaurants from around the world, and a range of Japanese restaurants. Now, it is set to welcome the new Japanese restaurant, Ram & Roll. Located in Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai, it will showcase handrolls, ramen and sushi. Opening soon, it looks set to be a sleek spot.
Ram & Roll in Kempinski The Boulevard’s menu spans handroll, ramen and sushi and signature dishes. It’s not often you see breakfast on the menu, but here, there is a Japanese-inspired breakfast.
The name of Ram & Roll is a nod to Japanese handrolls. Here, the handrolls are made to order and with premium ingredients. The signature handrolls include the Crispy Tempura Roll with shrimp, the Salmon and Avocado Roll with a soy glaze, and the Spicy Tuna Roll with avocado and mayonnaise. Plus, there are gluten-free and vegetarian options available.
Every bowl of ramen is made to order with a slow-simmering broth. The signature ramen bowls include the Miso Ramen with a broth infused with spicy chilli paste and toasted sesame; Shoyu Ramen with a light soy broth, soft noodles and vegetables; and Tonkotsu Ramen with a marinated soft-boiled egg and vegetables.
Ram & Roll in Kempinski The Boulevard’s design and décor is packed with personality. The venue includes an indoor bonsai tree, lanterns hanging from the ceiling and a waving kitty mural on the wall. The space boasts hues of brown and pink, and is punctuated with greenery.
Ram & Roll’s arrival adds another dimension to Kempinski The Boulevard’s growing culinary lineup, joining La Brasserie Sur Le Boulevard, Mamabella, Zenon, and Woohoo, which is home to the world’s first AI chef.
