Delight in a Japanese afternoon tea

Nestled within a serene Japanese teahouse at Banyan Tree Dubai, the Japanese afternoon tea at Tocha immerses diners in an epicurean ritual that celebrates Japan’s intricate culture. Menu highlights include Chawan-Mushi, a velvety steamed egg custard layered with edamame paste and adorned with soya pearls, and the Beef Sando. Sweet treats abound, including Manju Bun made with nutrient-rich mashed red beans, Matcha Roll Cake and Chocolate Mochi filled with ganache and raspberries. Tuck into a culinary collab

Moonrise has teamed up with KRASOTA for two dining experiences during the Dubai Food Festival. Renowned chefs Solemann Haddad of Moonrise and Vladimir Mukhin of KRASOTA will collaborate on a series of four-hand degustation dinners, each hosted at their respective venues. The culinary rendezvous is scheduled for 9 May at Moonrise (AED 1,600 food only) and 10 May at KRASOTA (AED 1,830 food and two cocktails). The eight-course menu features both chefs’ signature creations across a series of innovative dishes.
