The brainchild of three Emirati friends who share a passion for food, RARE is a new gourmet food truck offering a fusion of Japanese and Latin American-inspired cuisine. The menu at RARE features signature dishes like the A5 Wagyu Nakkuru, Chocolate Wagyu Fillet, Wagyu Beef Tsukune, Tsukune Yakitori, and Seared Japanese Tuna Akami. Located under Al Wasl Bridge opposite Al Safa Park, the visually striking RARE food truck stands out with its exterior crafted from zine stone, symbolising the essence of charcoal.
