Welcome to the FACT Dining Awards. The annual event takes place in October in Abu Dhabi, November in Dubai and the first week of December in Riyadh, and celebrates the best in the food and beverage industry. If you want to enter the awards, here’s what you need to know.

The FACT Dining Awards have been running for more than a decade across Bahrain, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and now Saudi Arabia. The brand is an authority when it comes to eating out in the Gulf.

First things first, FACT Dining Awards are unique in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Riyadh as no money is exchanged. Chefs come and come in the GCC, but our core belief remains the same. Restaurants do not have to pay to nominate, enter or attend the FACT Dining Awards. The awards are free to enter, attend and, importantly, win.

FACT’s annual awards has been praised in the industry for its integrity. The awards are a trusted authority on the local dining scene.

FACT reviews share our independent experiences, and are not influenced by advertisers, family or friends. The winners are chosen by our team of dedicated diners, which include in-house staff and contributors. The local experts are on the ground each night of the week, eating their way through emerging and established cafés and restaurants

Each category at the awards has a Best and Favourite: Best is the critic’s choice, and Favourite is the public vote.
